What We Cover Returns are only accepted for:
- Products damaged during shipping
- Incorrect products received
We Do Not Accept Returns For
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Size concerns (dimensions are clearly listed)
- Minor variations in handcrafted items (these make each piece unique)
Return Process
- Time limit: 7 days from delivery date
- Required: Clear photos of the issue must be shared within 24 hours of delivery

- Proof needed: Receipt or order confirmation required
Replacement Policy
- Damaged items will be replaced immediately at no cost
- Replacements issued only after photo verification
- New replacement ships within 2-3 business days
