What We Cover Returns are only accepted for:

  2. Incorrect products received

We Do Not Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Size concerns (dimensions are clearly listed)
  • Minor variations in handcrafted items (these make each piece unique)

Return Process

  • Time limit: 7 days from delivery date
  • Required: Clear photos of the issue must be shared within 24 hours of delivery

  • Proof needed: Receipt or order confirmation required

Replacement Policy

  • Damaged items will be replaced immediately at no cost
  • Replacements issued only after photo verification
  • New replacement ships within 2-3 business days

  • Unboxing video strongly recommended for protection
  • Return shipping (if required) will be covered by TalesXArt for damaged/incorrect items
